Had a payday loan through this company. Missed one payment in January. They pulled my regular payment out on February. In march, they pulled a payment almost TRIPLE the amount of what I signed in my contract. When I called customer service. I was just told my loan had defaulted in March when my payment was missed in January. This is not ethical and now my account is in the negatives. Lady on phone was rude and copped an attitude when I was clearly upset I don’t have money for GAS TO GET TO WORK.
Store hours should say 530 since they close at 530 and not 6.
