Always have 2 customer service reps at all times. Sometimes I have to wait a long time to get service.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The Manager lady who was there today 2/25/18 is super rude, condescending and disrespectful. That’s why I should’ve paid attention to the reviews! Horrible service, will never come here again unlike the Downtown Ace Express location. Very unprofessional. I’m glad she has the “privilege” to live somewhere very cheap, but don’t treat someone like a criminal because their deposit and rent were high. How can you say you’ve never seen a deposit so high if you’ve never lived in Capitol Hill. So disgusted! The manager was racist and racially profiled me because she wouldn’t believe that I could afford to have a deposit which her budget considered “too high”. Then she proceeded to lie and treat me like a criminal by saying that Independent Bank does not exist. A simple search on google maps would prove that Independent Bank DOES exist. Your loss, because despite the inconvenience of going all the way to Independent Bank, they practiced true customer service and didn’t charge a high fee. Never the less, I am never stepping foot there again. I worked customer service and at this rate your location will no longer have any customers.

Lady with gun tattoo on her face was very rude and un professional. I don't really feel comfortable with someone who was ok tattoing there face handling my personal info. I also would like to have a little bit more rapport than uhuh and mmmhm and going the extra mile like printing off a pay stub instead of refusing when you have a computer in front of you. I will be printing my own paystub and taking my business else where.
