Do not take out a loan from this bank it is not safe it is not secure I do not recommend it!
I am new to this company, I have switched over because my other bank was very rude and unprofessional. Im disgusted with the online service. I have been trying to get my password for the past 3 days so i can pay bills which mind you I'm late now, and I still haven't received an email letting me reset my password I have messaged the company twice already and no one has replied back what horrible service. So far this bank really blows. The automated phone service sucks aswell. Iv called and cannot ever get through to anyone. I leave a voicemail and still no call back, after 4 days. Leave it to a Pueblo bank to not have any type of costumer service.
Slow tellers, and very horrible online service. Site is down all the time and nobody at the PW location seems to know why or how long it will be down. If you use online Banking to check balances and pay bills you most likely should use a different credit union, like ENT.
Staff are always friendly and helpful.
The employees at PCU are always polite and professional. Occasionally there are a few customers waiting however I have received much worse service from the large nationwide banks.
