Best loan experience I've ever had, so quick and easy. Daniel was excellent and so helpful!
I had a terrible experience! First of all their customer service skills is beyond unprofessional, i would be embarrassed if I were the owner or manager. They talk down to you, like we the customer should be embarrassed to want to get a loan. They were also very secretive, they would ask me very odd and personal questions and I would ask what that would have to do with the loan and they would cut me off and rudely respond "its required." The loan I was getting I was told they didnt need collateral but yet they wanted every little information about my vehicle and again I would ask why just to be cut off again and was just told again " its required." Now mind you online when I initially applied for this, it was written out in detail what was "required" and not required. And really all that was required was most recent pay stub your ID and of course your social to do a credit check. At this point I was pretty put off between the secretiveness, rudeness and unprofessionalism. The lady then tells me she would call me back to get me scheduled to come in and sign the papers to get the loan. After waiting for days I never got a call back so I had to call them and again followed by more attitude and unprofessionalism. Needless to say I didnt go through with it and happily and successfully went a different route. I'm glad I didn't go through them especially after reading the reviews. I wouldn't waste your time nor trust this place with your information or to get a loan.

I got pre approved for a loan and went looking for vehicles the same day. Kristin is the one who processed my application and who had my file. I was at Fulton’s looking at a Volkswagen and called her to confirm the vehicle was enough for collateral. She was busy with another’s customer and I wasn’t rudely told that I had to wait, and that I wasn’t “the only customer”, mind you I was in an office with the owner waiting on her to confirm. I had to wait for 15 minutes to get a call back. These ladies made the experience so unnecessarily stressful and I will never do business with them. Learn how to give good customer service
Very disappointed. I have stellar payment history AND a great credit score. But still want collateral for under $2000. Sorry I called them. Won't ever do it again and won't ever recommend anyone else does either. You missed out on a REALLY good customer today.
