I'm very disappointed I called about a pacman game they had just listed and spoke with Diego and told him I was on my way to put it in layaway and that I was coming from the southside. He gave me his name and told me to work with him specifically when I got there. It took me less than 15 minutes to get there and I walked in and quickly looked at the game and got right in line. They sold it to the guy right in front of me! He was almost done with his transaction and added it at the last second. So rude! Thanks a lot Diego, my son is heartbroken. Terrible customer service I definitely will not be back and will not recommend!
False hours drove all morning to get here to purchase Google advertises open Sundays at 9. However that's a lie I do not recommend this place at all heck they don't even know their hours. Hit up Denver!
They have fair prices with a good staff. The games and especially movies are unorganized. This location doesn't offer a very superb selection, only a fair one. This location has an odd smell to it but it might have been unfortunate timing of my visit. This is a very run of the mill (but good) pawn shop.
This place used to be decent as far as loans and customer service however today I called as was driving from an hour and 1/2 and they lie to get you in the store and then comes a different story when u arrive they must be accustomed to dealing with addicts because they expect you to pawn your items for absurd amounts,ha ha ha just went to my other store and got a loan for 3xs they were offering!!!!! After my stuff is picked up from mister money they won't get any more business from our family!
