I have been a Legacy Bank customer for about 7 years. I have always enjoyed going to the University Park and Main branch to do my banking. That being said, I do not like this location. 90% of the time the tubes for the drive up are ill equipped, there is never a greeting from the teller, and when I have to go inside the staff do not make me feel welcome (aside from the older woman). I will no longer do banking at this branch, I’d rather drive out of my way for efficiency and customer service.
Update: The Manager called the very same day and did an exceptional job following up with my concern. He left me, after the conversation, with the confidence that Legacy as a whole, is a community bank and goes above and beyond to help its' members. And also that my accounts would be safe and the issue would be resolved immediately. I put alot of trust into my bank, and I am very happy that this issue was resolved and my confidence restored. I intend on changing my rating from a 1 star which was only deserving of the tellers way of handling my issue to a more deserving rating in which the bank as a whole, executes its quality standards and practices. I give Legacy Bank 5 stars. I called to report a lost card. I was incorrectly informed that I had to call a 3rd party to report and put a block, and that i could not place a temporary hold on the card. (A large detailed portion of this review has been removed by the reviewer, it had interactions that have since been corrected.)
Unbelievable service!!!! Over the last few months, we have worked tirelessly with Mitch to get a commercial loan. I have had many, many experiences with other banks and have to say that Mitch WAY exceeded our expectations. Not only was he always searching for the best ways to remain competitive, but he was also always available to help us with our analysis or any other questions we had. He was SO patient with us when other banks short or would get frustrated. I will go to great lengths to use him for any of our business needs in the future.
Very rude.. The lady that didnt want to help was also dressed inappropriate for a bank. Another lady that worked there was helpful and nice.
