Small clerical error leads to a payment being a few days late? Prepare to be absolutely bombarded by a slew of harassing communications by a vindictive staff who have no problem attempting to disrupt your life to let you know a payment is late. I was told by my boss that someone from this store called looking for me, and when they were told I was unavailable, threw a temper tantrum and proceeded to call back every 5 seconds for 15 minutes, even after they were instructed not to call again. They even looked up his information online and said she then asked for him by name. God only knows what she was attempting to do by speaking to my employer. Really professional stuff.
