Lowballed so hard I had to laugh! Come on guys...you can't expect to thrive when every single on of your competitors is providing better customer service and prices on people's items!
Refused to return an item with the Peace of mind plan just because my husband is the one who bought it. Worker was going to return it, but grouchy manager "Margy" wouldn't let him return it. Also, all of their tablets are purposely not charged so that you cannot see if they work or not. They do this to scam their customers for money. Never going back. Take your business some where else.
Really bad customer service experience, the angry older woman I attempted to do business with was very short with me and acted like she had way more pressing stuff to attend to then proceeded to lowball the hell out of what I was trying to sell. There's no need to be rude to your customers for no good reason, it earns your business these kind of reviews... Maybe y'all need to hire better people.
They had what I was looking for. Exactly. A specific firearm. I can get it online today for $720 (free shipping). Accessory on it is $150 new. FFL transfer $20. $890 new plus a background check. Looking at Max $900 brand new. The item here was in good shape but clearly used and beat up a little bit. I didn't ask to see it so do not know how it functions, internals, maintenance, etc. Priced at $1000. I left knowing there's not enough wiggle room in it to make it worth haggling to get to reasonable used price. Checked most shops in tri-City area and this shop only one that has it. Called to see if that was bottom price and was spoken to in a very condescending manner and told I would have to come in and it would depend on how long they had the item. I'll order it online and give somebody else my $900. There might be some deals there but I didn't see one.
