It is a Loan company so I feel they are under-valued by some of the reviews based on the type of business. For a loan company, they are friendly, helpful, courteous and value their customers. I wanted to take a moment to commend and compliment the staff at OneMain Financial in Longmont, CO. For years my wife and I have done business with them and they have always been respectful, fair and courteous. They truly are there to help with whatever your need may be. They worked with us to provide a loan that meant my wife could take an extended leave when our child was born and that meant the world to us. I typically work with Carrie. She is a model employee who embodies customer service and truly cares about her clients. I would recommend this branch to anyone who is looking for a solution to their unique situation.
