Just pawned my vehicle received less than half of what I got last time. Then I walked all the way to their bank in 100 degrees and the bank wouldn't cash it. Called masa and they were of no help what so ever. Recommend maybe a title loan that actually lets you keep your car. 3rd time here and the last.....
Went in to buy a motorcycle and they dont allow test rides at all, like period. You can't buy a motorcycle without making sure everything works properly and testing it first. I have a valid license for riding, as well as proper gear. There is no reason I shouldn't have been allowed to make sure I want the bike before purchasing, then riding, and then deciding if I like it. Plus the bike was clearly in poor maintenance condition as well once I showed up in person to check it out. I found a much better dealership elsewhere :)
