I got one of my pawns out , went home an see it was dirty with some black stuff , it immediately crumbled in my hands , called an asked if their was anything they could do , they told me seeing as I took it home they weren’t responsible after it left the store. Usually they ask if I want the jewelry cleaned before I left but hey we’re in a rush to get me out, so I’m other words I paid 100 for broken jewelry that wasn’t broken when I first pawned . I won’t be giving my business anymore after this. I always used them but now they lost my business because they refuse to don’t anything about my jewelry breaking due to their acid they used to test

I was short on rent and was in need of money and never pawned before went to a few places like ez pawn on colfax ignored me for 15 minutes(only one customer in the store) I guess they were too busy talking to each other so I walked up asked them if they could please help me and they clearly tried to rob me for my jewelry I know you can’t get what I paid for but I know what my jewelry is worth. Once I came into this place I was greeted right away one of the girls Erica helped very polite she gave me a decent price I asked if she can push it a little more for me and explained the situation I was in so she asked her manager nice lady pushed $50 more! I’m so happy and definitely will be coming back thank you!
