Were so helpful with helping me catch up on my past due payments and still found a way to help get me full rent amount!
I opened a business account here cause I needed to be able to mobile deposit checks. After several attempts talking to different member service employees and customer service reps to get the mobile app working. I still am not able to moble deposit checks. In the end I was told I need to open a personal account in order for the mobile deposit to work. Everyone was very nice and tried their best to assist me which is why I gave the extra star. If they can figure out a way to allow me to mobile deposit into my business checking, I will give 5 stars.
This is for the company not the branch I have never dealt with a more incompetent credit union. Not one person but the company in general. I have never had more difficulty trying to make an auto loan payment or navigate online banking in my life. Horrendous
We've been doing our banking here for over 30 years now, and think they're THE BEST! The people are always very nice to us. I know many of them by first names. Highly recommend them!
AVOID. I consistently get inaccurate information. On the phone, one thing is said. Over email support, another thing is said. This has happened at least 7 times in 3 years of being with Bellco. If you ask any questions for them, you will need to VERIFY the answers you receive to ensure you get the correct answer. Yes, they always apologize, but that does not help. They need better training and systems. Do yourself a favor and do business somewhere else.
