Worst bank ever!!! It’s convenient having it in town and all but I’m done, I’m taking my bank needs to a better one who actually care about their customers and takes care of them!!
If there was a way to give them 0 stars I would. You have to watch your account closely as they keep "losing" deposits. This is about the 4th time my money has been put in then magically disappeared. If it weren't for the convenience of having it in town I would of left long ago. Worst. Bank. I've. Ever. Dealt. With!
This would have been a 5 star review if they would actually leave the night depository open. I even called and said that I would be using it. Still found it locked... When I do make it inside the bank they seem to do fine.
Walked over for a notary, was refused by the female banker. She didn’t “feel comfortable” doing her job. The male banker looks unhappy as well, didn’t have a pleasant experience working with him a previous time we went in. After a short drive into Greeley and the nearest Wells Fargo got the job done for us.
