Oh my goodness if I could give a -10 on my most recent visit I absolutely would. I have never experienced the customer service here like I did today. Karla Ramirez was so rude and disrespectful I could not even believe she works there and as an Assistant Manager. Tried to get a District Manager Number and was refused by her. She absolutely needs to be taught edicate. I hope to hear from someone at Corporate regarding my visit as I will be writing a formal letter as well. Thank you.
