I am so thankful for this location. It's the only bank that is open on Saturdays that I can use. I need to get change for my cash box for my Sunday market after the Saturday Greeley Farmers market. The people here have always been friendly and nice to me. They've always smiled and given me change and asked if there's anything else they can do for me. The best thing, there are no fees.
Usually pretty fast. Also the women are nice
Worst and I mean worst customer service ever!!. I was told by the 800# that they are not allowed to give out individual branch phone numbers and then put me on a "brief" hold for 30 minutes. I call back and they're closed. Took full advantage of my mother after my father's death. Karma is all I can say.
I like this bank and had it for years but I really need a direct phone number to know the holiday hours and what not. Please review and fix?
You should really update your hours online since your not open like it says you are. Just wasted my break to find you were closed
