When my family and i went into this location, we were treated like we were ignorant and that we didn't know anything about the wattage on any generator. The older guy in there told me that all generators are 7500 when it clearly said that the running wattage was 7500 on that specific generator and they tried to start up another generator and broke the cover on the pull. Everyone in that pawn shop were very rude and we will never go back there ever again

This place has become a joke seriously don't know how they are still open!! Went in on a thursday told by one employee I can get a certain amount of money on my jewelry go in 3 days later to finally do it since I was hesitant only to be ripped off by the manager and another employee only wanting to give me 1/4 of what the previous employee offered while another employee witnessed my first encounter. No respect for this company anymore bring back the old staff this new one only wants to make a profit for themselves and manager is always lowballing people. Such a waste of time here unless you're desperate Kings pawn and Mr Money will treat you way better no longer taking my business here.
This place is a joke, the manager was racist when we asked for pricing on Jewerly he said "here in America we pay taxes" when we ARE AMERICAN CITIZENS. They try to hustle you in paying more for stuff just because you look hispanic!!! Like we don't know anything!!!
