Some people may not like Navy Federal, but I love banking with them being as a military vet. I choose to use them for all my banking needs over USAA. Also, I always get the help that I need when I come into this location . The only thing is I wish this location had more private cubicles where people can't hear you.
If you want to have your life ruined, bank with Navy Federal.
If I could give 0 starts I honestly would.. every since I refinanced my car with navy federal it has been an absolute NIGHTMARE! Not only are they extremely slow on their paperwork you constantly get the wrong Information and paperwork is constantly getting lost! I have physically came into the office and done 4 power of attourneys with navy federal... I have been told multiple times that once I do one with them I won’t need to do another... now that the vehicle is totaled and my spouse is unavailable I can’t get any information because they claim I have never done one! I am ready to be done with navy federal.. extremely unorganized and they never give you the right information!! Way to take care of soldiers and their families!!!!
ALWAYS CHECK YOUR DEPOSIT SLIPS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH!!!! I had a VERY scary experience here today at the drive thru lane. I made a cash deposit of a few thousand dollars with a small check. The teller deposited the check but didn't deposit my cash. I returned to the same drive through window eight minutes later and got no answer. I ran inside and explained my issue to the girl at the front. She went looking for the teller, but she was in a back room (not the teller window area). It took a couple of minutes to find her. When she came out I explained that she had failed to deposit my cash, to which she replied she had deposited it and she would get my receipt. I looked at my online banking and found this was not true. I waited a few minutes and she returned, with a slip with a timestamp ten minutes later than my first slip. I would understand if this was a simple mistake, but she lied that she had deposited the money when she hadn't. This doesn't make me trust the tellers at this branch. I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't realized so quickly! Seemed like she didn't intend to make the deposit!!! Grrrr
