I've been in before and I thought I liked the place but I went in to grab a PS4 today and the prices are pretty much exactly what they would be at a major retailer or just slightly less. That plus rhe guy's complete disinterest in interacting talked me out of spending my money there today. I guess I'll go by my TV and PS4 somewhere else *shrug*
The fellas helped us right at closing, they were awesome and gave us what we asked which is rare. I don't like pawn shops to much but I'd recommend this place any day . Thanks boys!!!
Offered 13 bucks for over 150 in equipment. Went right down the road and got 60 bucks. Would not reccomend wasting your time with there low ball offers
This is a great place to do dealings with. They don’t try to rip you off, have a great attitudes, and aren’t money hungry. In my personal experience, recently, an employee made a mistake and set an item that I brought in as a buy instead of a pawn. When I came to redeem my item and discovered this was the case, the management was expeditious in getting the issue solved, very apologetic, explained in detail what needed to be done to solve the matter, and did not attempt to coerce me out of any money more than what it originally cost to redeem the item. They could have easily sold my item. I recommend this location to anyone.
I took in a few items because I needed a pawn loan. The pawn loan process was fine the problems started when I paid off my loan and picked up my items. It started with rude customer service. My items were ruined. Their idea of rectifying the situation was to say I don't know what happened we can replace it with something in the case. They of course had nothing to replace it with that was equivalent to mine. So I'm out money and items. Do yourselves a favor don't do a pawn loan unless you have no other choice.
