This bank is very difficult to work with, you can't get ahold of anyone who will help you! Moving my business account to a different bank. I was told my business seemed like a "scam", thus they would not work with me on a business loan. No one in this branch or any other branch is remotely helpful. You can't even get ahold of the branch president. Pretty pathetic!
BOC has some good people who work there, Matt has always been great but after closing our business account and accruing some fines that we didn't know about I was not able to get in touch with the right person after multiple attempts and no one else at the bank could help me. Frustrating after having multiple loans and our banking business with them for multiple years. So I just paid the fines in full and I won't likely work with BOC in the future.
