I have had my personal and business account with Adams Bank & Trust since 2011. The tellers that I dealt with every day are the best and very friendly. I stopped in to discuss getting a small loan. They referred me to the vice President. They were on their way out to lunch and said they would call me that afternoon. No call! so I called at the end of the following day, His excuse was he was too busy. He has seen me walk in the bank many many times and has never taken the time to say hello. He didn’t show any interest in taking a credit application from me. I asked if I should go somewhere else and he said yes. I closed my account.
Best bank I've ever used. Always friendly and helpful always a pleasure when I need to go in side. The photo deposit is a great feature, used it a lot till we started direct deposit. The app is eazy to use. Great small bank out of Sidney Nebraska.
Would not choose to bank here. I stopped in to break a $100 bill. Teller refused because I do not have an account there. Ridiculous. I'll back elsewhere, thanks.
