Absolutely horrible customer service from this person named Kevin. I was in to pawn my tv and immediately he was being rude and abrasive. He was talking down to me like I dont already feel bad enough for having to pawn something. He dropped my TV twice right in front of me and then tried to deny it and finally said "why dont you take it some place that wont drop it then and go away". There were two other men at the front that I regretfully did not get the names of because ibwas so appalled a grown man would behave like that. Those two were helpful and took in my pawn. I feel I should mention these two did not drop it because apparently that's a really hard thing to accomplish. But my experience with kevin was too bad for me to give a higher rating. That man deserves to be fired for his behavior and if he is I will adjust my review to focus on the two good employees
I wouldn't give 1 star!! SCAM ARTIST ALERT!!! They sold us a helicopter for our son that requires a LICENSE!! When we called to see of they would exchange it NOT return it, they said they'd have to speak to a manager. The manager gets on the phone and says as rudely as you could imagine "ya, what do you want?!" So my husband explained the issue again very nice and calmly and the manager very rudely again said "sure I'll buy it back from you for 1/2 of what you paid for it". We looked online and found those same helicopters sold for $450 brand new 8 years ago (That's almost as much as we paid) and it was missing key parts so it wouldn't even fly!!! I'm writing this review mainly because the way the manager acted is NO way that a manager should act!!! My husband and I own a auto repair shop and if my manager ever acted that way to a customer he would be fired on the spot!!! I am appolled fast cash sees him as manager material!! HORRIBLE place to shop!!! Steer clear, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND BE RUDE DOING IT!!!!
They offered me Pennies on the dollar and gave me attitude while doing it.
I've needed money quickly a few times and they have always been awesome and helped me out. They have been great everytime I have gone there. They also charge less then the rest of the shop of Broadway for their loans.
Wanted to thank the manager of fast cash for helping me pick the right ring and for the great Service. I definitely will recommend this place.
