I went into the actual office to inquire about the funds I wanted because my initial contact via phone was ineffective. Tracy is much more personable in person! I am grateful all my (numerous) questions were answered honestly.
Don’t waste your time. They’ll tell you that you are approved and then say your denied after they’ve harassed you for a month over it. Katie even went as far to call me a bad mom.
Terrible company. They called me twice and sent email for being past due 1 day. That’s absurd. I was making the payment that evening, till I got that. I just simply contacted my credit union and moved the loan over and saved $8000. This place is teeder tottering on predatory lending. It was a mistake never again. The girls are friendly till after you sign the dotted line. Goto your local bank or credit union before this place. Till waiting for them to post my check to close my account.
Emerald, the woman who helped me, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, willing to go the second mile if necessary She put me at ease and worked efficiently to help me, as though I were a personal friend.
