While visiting your location November 1st, Michelle the manager made a rude comment about my sensitive information getting ready to be shred. The teller, didn’t catch her name, went to shred my Social Security Number and Michelle, who was too busy eating and talking on the phone said, with an attitude “ No one is going to steal it”. What? First off, you were to busy eating and sitting on the phone to acknowledge me, and than you don’t know policy is to shred customers information? She should be terminated and only working at a place of business that doesn’t deal with financial informations since she is uneducated in the type of work she does.
Ever since you switched to flare account I never ever had as many problems I have ever had. But good suggestion would be if there are limits to your card is of any kind you should probably tell your tenders the information that your customers need to know. I don't like my account anymore. Yeah checks are ok but I don't like to use them. So why do I have to suffer.
