The customer service representative was truly amazing. I have never needed a pay-day loan before, and wasn’t sure what to expect. She was kind, professional, and fast. I hope I don’t need an emergency loan again, but if I do, I would definitely visit this location again.
Very rude and disrespectful customer service rep SUSAN . She just throw my I.D down in a very direspectful manner.I will never go back there because the service delivery was very distasteful. Try to be professional when dealing with customers when we are spending our money for the services rendered. Not because you had a bad experience with the previous customer doesn't give you the right to project it unto the next customer that comes after. Get a grip of yourself and be professional.
I recommend to friends the South Nevada location. Much more friendlier staff than the North location. The Lady from the old Unitah store is the only nice employee at the North Nevada Location.

So i am a general contractor under my familys company i have never had a problem cashing checks here when i went to cash checks today the lady first told me after seeing how much tbey were that i would get whay she gives me she didnt have enough money in the drawer very rudely (i went in happy) secondly she typed in some info and told me it doesnt exist she asked to speak with my boss who is my grandma who was in the car my grandma came in and the lady asked fr secetary of state information said she looked it up and couldn't find it my grandma pulled it up and the lady still refused us this is very unsettling being treated this way on top of that that is discrediting my company i will never be using their services after this i have been coming for 4 years i will tell everyone i know professionally to never use this company furthermore giving false information regaurding secetary of state is highly frowned apon and i am highly considering getting my attorneys involved in this. If she didnt want to do her job then she should quit not everyone gets small checks and a cash center should be able to accommodate that fully without slandering a companys name
