They did not inform me of all documents or insurance statuses that I needed before I got there. So not only did they postpone my appointment 1 day due to weather, they also wasted day 2 of mine. Reason being I did not have full coverage insurance that was never stated before hand, just to let you all know since they won't. I dealt with Rebecca.
There are other companies that offer better interest rate then here. Customer service is not all represented at this location and the branch Manager a Hispanic lady does not listen well. If you do take an offer for more money on a loan make sure Ashley does not re-write it. the carry over balance will not be right and the draft dates will change. When you call in to customer service you have a better chance of being assisted - the reps from the phone help center will warn you at the customer service here at the Buckley location, will never again give this company my time. and I had 3 loan re-written here, but learned my lesson.
This office was very unprofessional and not helpful. We had all off the documents in and Ania told us when we were in the office that they had just called to verify employment and that they couldn't approve the loan because they could not verify it. However they talked to someone that was not able to verify employment and told them to get ahold of an HR manager who was out sick. We proceeded to talk them that we had a paycheck just from that day and they completely refused to reach out to the correct person. The manager a Hispanic lady was called over and she didnt want to hear anything that we had to say. She was very rude and had no customer service skills. This is a horrible representation of your company. It is clear that you have multiple complaints about her and something needs to be done. I am a current loan holder and I will not be back once my loan is paid off.
READ THE REVIEWS!!!! I SHOULD HAVE READ THEM SOONER!!! In route to this location after being "approved" I take a quick look at the reviews. I get nervous but I know how alot of people are so I figure it's just bitter people complaining... I experienced the exact bs that others described!!!!! Your approved, your approved, actually just kidding... NOT APPROVED and my credit takes a hit for nothing. Check your other options before going here!!
I would not recommend. I’ve been trying to get a loan with them for 2 months. They don’t return your phone calls and they close your loan if they “can’t reach you.” They’ve has to pull my credit 3 times because they are incompetent and don’t communicate.
