I brought in, unknown to me, a bad / stolen check. The dollar amount was high, and the cashier said she had to get approval. She asked where the check came from, I told her I sold my 2003 Dodge Neon. She called the credit union the check was written on, she had to call 3 different numbers to reach a live person. They advised her the check was stolen. Her immediate response was for my well being. I was sooooo impressed. I told her I did not give the vehicle to the buyer and then her and I worked with they credit union to provide all information on who and how check was sent to me. I have been an ACE customer for more than 10 years, I have a debit card with direct deposit thru meta bank I love. This experience is why I continue to come back to ACE for my check cashing needs. She deserves a raise and or promotion. She represented ACE check cashing very professionally!
