My sister and I went to the dmv today to get a copy of a pink slip and they told us this company has not released the lien on the vehicle. They gave us the contact information to call them and ask to release the lien. Keep in mind this vehicle was paid over 3 years ago. We called and spoke to the supervisor for about 30 min. She was no help and told us many times “ just come In To the office for a copy” “ we will charge you $25”. We told her are you sure because we don’t live close and we do not want to drive if you can’t help us. Long story short we show up and after 5 minutes she told us she was not able to help us and to call back in a week. She is very rude and short with her words. Not professional at all. She did not take the time to do some research at all. We ask for her managers contact information anc she said she was the manager and owner. We know she was lying because at first she said her supervisor was not there. Very bad service. I just hope my sister can get the document she needs from this company so we don’t have to deal with this rude individual
