I would like to take this time out to say what Excellent Customer Service I get from Karla and kathia. I am always greeted with a smile. It feels good to have a great staff. The are warm, knowledgeable, and professional they make feel very comfortable.
Karla has been such a great help. She explains every step with full detail and makes sure we fully understand the process. Ive tried other loan places and no one has helped me out more than she has.
I wish more customer service people were like Karla. The most helpful and courteous person...ever. She didn't mind assisting me filling out my forms and all of that with a lovely smile. I will definitely refer others so that they may receive great service like I did. She is such a blessing to encounter when you are at a low point financially.
