I’ve been a customer since 2013. I do not come in as often, perhaps 3 times a year or if I need an emergency loan. So today, I can in for a payday loan. Understandable an active bank account is required. So the lady said I have to show my bank account is active which I did with an online statement. She said she has to see the account number. The blank check I provided has the number, my profile record has numerous statements. I showed her the September statement since my credit union provides each last week of the month. So having a profile record in their file box, and showing them my active account both internet and the credit union app. What gives if you cannot tell the difference between a member # which also matches a blank check. It’s not like a B of A or Wells Fargo random-13 digit account number. It’s not my problem if they aren’t capable to handle various banks or credit union with different and amount of numbers provided. Everything is typed out in simple plain English. I give it a one star because of them not being competent or knowledgeable to work behind the counter. The corporation needs better training to handle and be more versatile on these limited knowledgeable employees.
Worst customer service I ever dealt with when I was trying to send money employee name supposedly jasmin clearly has some personal issues she’s bringing to work and when asked to speak to manager ofcourse to my surprise “she’s the manager” extremely hostile because I advised her she had poor customer service she refused service ofcourse I send the money elsewhere
