Worst customer experience ever. Had a medical emergency, and also had to change my number. They refuse to reloan for at least 6 months, and the woman I spoke too was so rude I hung up on her. DO NOT LOAN HERE EVER!!!!!!!!!. If you do they approve you for a tiny amount for a a couple months supposedly till you prove yourself, and if you’re late, they don’t care at all. They punish you rather than give you a chance. They also cal you and leave you threatening voicemails. I will NEVER give this company business again.
I would give this place a zero star if possible!!!! The main ugly girl at corner window. Messed up teeth and very bad attitude. Extremely rude! Was trying to cash a 10,000$ check. Was told the charge was 3% but then she called someone on the phone and gave my social security number over the phone to who knows who. Finally she asked how much of my money was I looking to walk out with? She wanted to negotiate how much I would settle for. When I said none except the 3 % she got even more rude and upset and said they can not cash. DEFINITELY WATCH OUT WITH THE UGLY TEETH FAT GIRL,SHES RUDE AND OBVIOUSLY HAS A CHIP ON HER SHOULDERS AND SEEMS TO BE DOING SOMETHING ILLEGAL WITH YOUR...OUR PERSONAL INFORMATION This story is true and accurate

The process to borrow is so long and so micro scope, that if you qualify here, you might as well go to the bank and not pay through the nose in fees. Try Speedy Cash instead. Much friendlier and faster and easier. Plus here you have to bring as much documentation as is needed for a home loan. Save yourself the headache. Go somewhere else. And it takes forever!!! Only come here of you are desperate.
