The Hispanic girl who works there is a racist and lies to me about my transaction just so she doesnt have to give me money. It hasn't happened 1 or 2 times. . It's been the last 10 or 12 times I've tried to do western union with her helping me. Very unprofessional to have a racist working a customer service job like she has. If I could give negative stars I would because not even one is deserved. I will never go there again

I asked to pay the fees of money transfer by debit card which was around 11.99 and they told me u r going to be charged $2.00 which is fine...I just found out that they process it as ATM withdrawal which my bank charge for it $3.50...thats too much and I was not told its ATM withdrawal because I swiped at thier POS..
