When we came into the pawn shop Sam was very helpful he took time helping us find things we were looking for! I will be returning to to buy more in the future! I really like the quality of items at this particular pawn shop in Vista! Lucy was also very sweet she even remembered me from shopping at their location in Oceanside 15yrs ago! Now that’s customer service!
This is the cleanest/nicest pawn shop I’ve been to... ever. Very friendly staff. Elena were super nice and helpful. Lucy was awesome and funny as well, She was straight to the point and I’d have to say I learned a few negotiating skills in our transaction. If you see something you like or need to sell, make your way out there now! Thank you gems and loans!

Avoid this place their customer service is awful. I agree with the earlier reviews Lucy is a grouch and needs to retire. If this company continues with bad customer service, they will lose customers. We won’t be returning to this place. There are many more local pawn shops with better customer service. They won’t be rude to you and treat you like it is such a hassle to have you there. I’ve been in here 3 times and all three times dealt with Lucy’s rude attitude.
