If I can give this company -1000 stars I would. I never seen anyone as unprofessional as the people who work there. I ask for payday loan and they approved $100 and I took it and made a check for $117.00 they told me to write a check for the first that is when I get paid. I had concerns that the check will be deposited by the fist since I get paid that day and I do not have direct deposit. I ask the man (Christian) that to deposit on the 2nd and he responded, we do not deposit on the 1st we hold until 12pm the next day so you can paid cash if you will like or call us if you want the check deposited. However They deposit before 12pm on the first overdrawing my account. They took an ACH so on top of their fees I have to pay 34 dollars. When I called them, The lady answer and the most unprofessional way and they do not have to comply with promises that Employees gives. She basically told me she does not care. Never seem something like this. Be Aware!! There are other companies with sames requirements with a more professional attitude. Do NOT do business in here.
Giving this place 2 stars because of the lady that works there. She's respectful and kind. Now the man on the other hands is rude AF. No one comes to get payday loans for fun. Its not a great experience when going on the financial circle that we are in with u. But when u are rude to someone but their WORK schedule doesn't coincide with your hours of operation is unnecessary. Y'all close at 6...people are stuck in traffic at that time. My job doesn't not allow people to leave because they need to pay off payday loans. I'm sure the man knows that. So because of his reaction...I'm would rather pay this shyt off and struggle because I walk up in there and smile in that mans face again!!
