Poor customer service. Every person that works there will give you a different explanation for an issue you’re having. I was a long time customer and will never use them again.
Ridiculous! Dont take your gift cards here! Not only did it take them 45 mins to do the extensive paperwork to sell my $200 gift card, but then - on top of taking half right off the top- they only paid me half of the $. The other half i have to wait for them to sell the card to get my other half. They couldnt just pay me my $60 and deal with selling it. I mean isnt that the whole purpose? I couldve went online and sold it myself and got way more for it! Dont go here!
This place is horrible I've been a long time customer and on a holiday weekend when we needed our check cashed ,which they had done multiple times, they refused to do so. No exception for a long time customer is ridiculous. Not only am I a long time customer who has spent hundreds of dollars there but my check was a government payroll check that was guaranteed funds. Complete lack of customer service. I will never go back to this place so congratulations on losing a long time loyal customer!!!
I am the manager of a small business on Clinton Keith just a few miles from this place. I was denied a payday loan. I brought well over ten paycheck stubs(each roughly $1,000.00), including my most recent and bank statement's including my most recent. I have online banking and gave them my phone to look at anything they wanted. I use both my checking and savings accounts through bank of America constantly. My checking account was overdrawn......but that was why I needed the advance! I'm broke. I made $28,000.00 last year. Lived at one address, worked at one business, had the same two bank accounts the entire time and this place refused to give me any advance whatsoever. If the owner of this establishment reads these. Are't you in business to make money? Don't you want to help hardworking people in your community? Again, I made $28,000.00 last year AND I WAS ABLE TO PROVE IT and your business qualified me for an advance of $0. I asked why o was denied and was told bank account instability. I asked for the printout. There was none, so I asked who then denied me and was told upper management. There were three women working there at the time. To the owner: whoever this person is in upper management. Well, i would fire her.
The people here are very nice and helpful, and have always been able to help me with whatever needed.
