Dont even know where to start I came today trying to get approved for student loan,brought all papers and statements were told,dont beliefs secreatary Sylvia,she does not know what's she is talking about,instead manager came by the way never introduce herself, start explain to me ,Bobby came try to explain to policy ,procedures how to apply for loan,how all people trying to luy on loan application, suddenly they start calling me names,I left building, try to reach their director Rose,when I started talking to her she said don't call us anymore we wont give you loans ever again,I really dont understand what's going on with company rude,choosing people for loan application, no customer service at all please DO NOT EVER GO AND ASK FOR HELP FROM THIS ORGANIZATION.
