Umpqua Bank's Reviews
This bank itself isn't the problem. The people there are very nice but its Umpqua in general that's awful. Their customer service is poor and their communication is awful. Not only did I have a few hundred taken from my account by an outside party and they did nothing about it after many calls and concerns. They also changed my credit card information without letting me know. They raised my credit card payments without informing me at all so now I have all kinds of expensive fees and charges based on how I haven't "paid the monthly amount I signed up for" due to their lack of communication and raising it without notifying me of any sort. As well as them raising it was not in the papers I signed when getting the credit card. These are just the two major problems, there is many more as well. I will not ever use this bank again, I've had them for many years and have had nothing but problems with them. Definitely not worth the amount of issues they cause.
Absolutely the worst bank ever!!! Hidden fees, extremely rude employee's!! Should have never switched banks! Closing this account even though it is a huge pain to do. They were so friendly at first, but boy are they terrible now!!!
