I LOVE THIS PLACE BECAUSE THERE'S ONLY ONE PERSON HERE WHO IS POLITE AN FRIENDLY NO ACTUALITY TWO ONE THE OTHER IS VERY RUDE AN ALWAYS LOOK UP AN DOWN AT YOU AN SHE ALWAYS MESS UP ON WHAT YOU ASK HER TO DO!. OTHER THEN THAT IT'S A GREAT PLACE.
I had gone over to the office on Charter Way, and the girls at that location were snobby and their attitudes made me not want to fulfill a loan there. Then I heard there was another location on Pacific Ave. and the staff there were way nicer and were 100% more professional and provided better custumer service than the Charter Way location.
The Money Mart staff at the Pacific Avenue location: Gloria, Kenya, and Maria are courteous, patient and professional. They even provide information and suggestions if a customer hits a snag when coming in to utilize Money Mart services. Great group of Ladies.
