Made an appointment for a new account. Waited 35 minutes past my appointment time without any word or acknowledgement from staff. Left without being served. They did me a favor, now I can find a bank with better service. Won't ever be back.
I needed to go in to cash a check. The teller was nice enough and the interior has that "looked smaller on the outside" look. My encounter probably too roughly 10 minutes to cash 2 checks. Id was required without an account so plan accordingly. Love the style and everything so spacious, but it's not the most welcoming place. Overall nice enough but nothing special.
Bankers were very quick to tell me they didnt want to help me. Only one business banker. Be prepared to be here for a couple hours
I couldn't give zero stars so they get one star. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had today at any bank. Kathi either was having a bad day or is just simply rude. Another reason I stopped banking at this branch years ago and my experience today with Kathi really made it clear why myself and many other local has taken their banking needs to another bank in town. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and no way to treat people. I can now see why this branch has a one star rating. There is no way to call corporate and the manager I spoke with over the phone wasn't much better than my experience with the teller today. Manager said there was no corporate number for me to call besides the one for their customers. Yep again bank of America showed me why they have the worst local rated bank in town, they simply don't care about customer service. Then the teller Kathi proceeded to make rude remarks about the local company I work for since it was on my paycheck and go out of her way to tell me she doesn't like the company I work and complain about other things about the business also. The company I work for should have absolutely nothing to do with me venting to her about their customer service. After speaking with their female manager over the phone she didn't seem to be concerned either and kept talking over me when I was trying to explain my experience. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I will be trying to contact some kind of corporate number and let them know also. Take your banking need somewhere else this place is awful.
Worst bank ever. Always big lines plus they close without notice. Snow is part of Lake Tahoe, no reason to close the bank especially around the 5th when rent is due.
