Easy to apply. Origination fee, even if you have good credit, is high. Seems especially unfair if you plan to pay it off quickly. Only option where I happened to be shopping though, so I guess borrowers can't be choosers. Update: I have received 4 texts messages, six emails, and a phone call requesting a review. Annoying at best. However, the reason I changed my review is because, in spite of obviously having my contact information, when I requested a password reset I never got the required email. when I emailed support, I received an email saying my account had been reset. However, when I tried to log in I was still not able to. I have since sent three more emails and not gotten a response, nor am I able to log in to my account. A word of advice, if you're going to pester people into giving you review, it would be a good idea to make sure they are happy first.

I was told to sign the documents, then go to the pet store to finalize the sale. Unfortunately, my existing dog did not interact well with a puppy and I chose not to go through with the sale. I called the loan rep and emailed him on Saturday, Oct. 12th (he previously told me he was working) and explained the loan needed to be cancelled. I never heard back. I called on 10/16/19 and was told LendingUSA funded the money to the pet store. Now I have to call the pet store and have them refund the amount back to LendingUSA. The really frustrating part, I asked several times if the pet store could modify the loan amount and was told yes! How can LendingUSA fund a sale that was not even finalized?
I was very pleased with what the program had to offer. My representative walked me through every step which made things for me a lot easier. I would definitely recommend this program to my family and friends.
