Wow.... they don't seem to care all the 1s they get much tooooo long in line
Honestly the worst BofA to come to , sometimes the staff is really friendly and sometimes not so much, I dread coming here when I need to .. there's usually a line of like 30 people and 1-2 windows open ... it takes a GOOD while to get out of there , now I'm not sure why they don't hire some more people especially knowing how crazy packed it gets in there , could be because they don't care about the clientele in shafter since it's a small town and not much revenue is brought in ?? Because even this bank hasn't been kept up nor remodeled like the ones in Bakersfield.
This place is garbage especially the employees don’t know what they are doing they need to shut this place down I would give this place negative stars if I could
Horrible customer service!!! Never enough tellers and wait time is ridiculous...
I can't believe the customer service at this location I've been at this bank five times and regret every visit. I'm going to take my business somewhere else. Horrible service ruins my day when I know I have to go in.
