They recently changed to express kiosks & removed the bank tellers windows & ironically enough since this change my visits have gotten the exact opposite of express! I am a merchant & as such do not have the luxury of using said kiosks. Attempting to automate the in person banking experience is an epic fail. I will stick with the Poway branch who still believes in customer service & human interaction.
I have been banking with Union Bank for over 15 years now. This branch actually has always had great customer service and fast responses to any issues. Have only had 2 major issues, to which they solved immediately. Friday afternoon lines are minimal because they actuallu several tellers open and attending people. Unlike other banks. Good branch. They are currently remodeling the drive thru, which is a bummer, but I know they are working on a better system.
