I have been a member here for almost 30 years. Never have I seen the service at this location be so ridiculously slow. My teller, teller 3490 was so incredible slow and took her precious time ..... not saying that she had to run around to co delete my transaction, just that spending over 20 minutes in the building, with 1 customer ahead of me in line, with three tellers open, is too long. I can walk into the El Cajon branch,with 10 people in line and be back out the door in less than 10 minutes..... santee SDCCU, get your act together..... ridiculous......
The El Cajon office has much better service. ADAIN GONZALEZ at the santee branch is very rude and un accomadating. She scolded me like I was a child when I was trying to open accounts. They also don't seem in a hurry to help. I'm taking my business elsewhere because of this experience!
Dont go here they lie to you about everything to get you in the door and then cant keep there word. I work for a school and I met someone from here at heath week made an appointment to come In and open a few accounts got there right at my appointment time was asked to take a seat wait 10 minutes past 345pm got up and walked out 20 minutes later they seen I was no longer there and called me so 30 minutes past my appointment time Don't even bother going here go to Mission Fed customer service is way better

Good banking. Do not personally have an account with this bank, just have my truck loan here. Customer Service is actually a very welcoming at the Santee location. Very helpful and understanding on question one has.
