AWESOME bank! The folks there are always happy and kind. They all know myself and my family by name and always provide the best service. I'm very happy that i switched from redwood to community first
I have always found the employees to be very helpful and attentive. I don't go in often as I use their mobile app, but when I do go I always get a smile and service.
When I went in there was only one woman at the teller but no big deal, there wasn't a long line or anything, so I got in line and then waited till I was up next which took about 15-20 minutes, then a couple walks in behind me and is about to get in line when there's a voice from one of the desks on the side saying, "oh I can help you two right over here" I stood there dumbfounded and looking straight at her as the two other people went to get helped with a deposit, the same reason I was there, before me, I had been waiting and for some reason this lady thought it more important to help these two people over me. Over all it probably was the worst customer service I've ever had and is the most dredfull place to bank ever.
