Always friendly. Hometown banking experience.
Their ATM machine has been hacked twice now in the last yr and a half. Last time it happened April 2018, my atm card was hacked, they stopped payments coming out of my account and one of my monthly payments did not go thru and caused me a big headache. Be warned if you use their old outdated atm machine as it can easily get hacked and you can’t tell when its been hacked!
Convenient location for us and friendly, but be warned, they messed up my daughter's car loan and we had several issues with them closing credit card and checking accounts. Orcutt branch is poorly managed, I've actually gone to their San Luis Obispo branch to fix things due to incompetent handling from Orcutt branch. The San Luis Obispo branch is great but inconvenient. Honestly from reviews l've seen not much better any where else on Central coast.
