Primero que nada nunca abren a tiempo y no respetan el horario que publican en bussines hours de su página web. Son las 9:10am y en la puerta dice que regresarán hasta la 1:00pm. Esto refleja poco o nada de respeto al cliente y el minimo profesionalismo de la empresa. Y en segundo el nuevo programa de préstamos personales es un asco. Tardan muchísimo tiempo en responder a la aplicación, contactar las referencias es otra larga espera, raramente contestan el teléfono cuando llamas para pedir información acerca del proceso de tu prestamo y todo para que te digan que a pesar que tienes muy buen historial crediticio solo te prestaron $300 mugrosos dólares.
