I go here all the time to drop off checks or to deposit money. Never in my entire time going here have had a problem, everyone is very professional and treats everyone so nicely! I can just remember my first time opening my bank account and they helped me through it in minutes. The doors are locked at all times with a police guard there at all times looking for suspicious activity which makes me feel very safe! Great Job everyone
I went to this credit union on someone recommendation but the experience was quiet poor with the representative name SEAN Mar he was not at all welcoming , Curtious & willing to help one star rating for his poor performance and customer service. Who ever is planning to come please make appointment as this branch they don’t welcome walk in or else be prepared receive third class poor experience for representative like Sean Mar unless they hire good people to give best customer service.
Everyone I have met on staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The service is usually fast, even when there's a line. Definitely the best banking experience I've had. My only complaint is that they close early on Saturdays.
Went there to make a payment and the lady on the counter name Alice Dal assisted me who have no customer service skills and very unprofessional behavior. She has no courtesy for her job.
