Poorly managed branch. This branch has gone down hill. I am also surprised to see such a poor dress code by employees including the branch service manager who was not in appropriate business attire. I might be part of the older generation but I do believe employees should dress appropriately.
Incredibly helpful group of professionals. Their attention to service and knowing their clients is what attracted me to them in the first place. If you are looking for a friendly local bank that knows your name this is the place.
The loans/credit department clearly showed they're not able to read a tax return. I wouldn't feel safe keeping my money in this bank.
Nothing but happy positive experiences! Happy to be apart of a local community bank and not a big corrupt bank anymore!
