They ran my credit score without my permission. I didn’t even purchase a car or give them any info. They denied me cause I didn’t have a vehicle. And now all of a sudden my credit score went down.
Customer Service was great, the whole process was easy but getting the money took a little longer than I anticipated. Overall I was very satisfied.

If you are ever a day late they WILL HOUND YOU several times a day. I've never been past 30 days and it's only recently due to an employment change that I was two or three weeks late. I just brought my account current today and paid AHEAD so that they will stop bugging me. I DO NOT recommend getting a loan from One Main Financial. "Lending Done Human" give me a break!
