Very unprofessional people. They charged $16 interest to cash a check not to mention with my mom and I being annoyed by these people because they’re just all over the place, the manager was talking disrespectful in Spanish like we didn’t understand. I wouldn’t recommend anybody going there. Trash!!
In and out fast with no problems.! Larissa was very helpful and sweet.
As you can tell by reading the reviews, this place used to be great. The good employees all went on to better jobs. Now there's a new Witch named Norma who takes her job way too seriously. Making people she doesn't like jump through unnecessary hoops that she makes at her own discretion. I think she really dislikes white dudes!
They take a service fee based on type of check (who wrote it) with government having the smallest bite. You know what they will take as opposed to dealing with the C SS who makes an agreement to accept one amount and follows up by looting everything in bank or prepaid card. At a minimum they are one heck of a lot more honest than the SS.
They do not staff it enough. 3 people waiting in line because of one loan over 34 minutes. They need two minimum and 4 at peak times. The staff is at least friendly. But they need more people!
