This place is the absolute worst place to go to, Ruth was beyond rude and spoke as if I didn't know what information I was giving about myself. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Unless you have no plans for the rest of the day
Don’t ever come here the customer service is horrible they made my account negative the lady didn’t explain in detail the payment plan to me the manager is rude the employees are to personal one employee told me over he phone she hasn’t got a break for 3 years and what can she do and I told her to go to labor laws that’s what I did and she said ok they are very unprofessional. Do not I repeat do not come here they all are rude and they do not do reminder calls and the lady personally told me they don’t care about there employees or customers and I see that now my friend just passed away and the payment slipped my mind and they can’t even help me I won’t ever do business here again ever . I come every week and they are always kind to me. They aren't super slow, either. Things take time, if you're so impatient go direct deposit or ask someone else for money. I highly recommend, and so so so much better than the location located near Florida & Kirby :)
This place is such a joke! Under New Ownership is supposed to mean better right? Oh no. Not this place! These people are rude as heck and slow as sludge! Go somewhere else. Go to Advance America on Florida and Sanderson, those ladies are awesome!
